So if you found this page via a FB or twitter link by me, you know all about me lol. But for those of you who don't know me, my name is Robert Banker. I have several nicknames... robdiddy diddles... etc. This page is the beginning of my professional online presence for personal training. So what you will find here is more than just advice and information about me. I will also give insight into helping other people get motivated and make changes.
I have taken the NASM CPT personal trainer exam, instead of a youtube video list and website links or a video of me discussing it. I am going to provide information and maybe even power points to help others study for the test. My goal is to help you learn about the hard parts of the test as well as help you pass it with flying colors.
